Special Event - CIPO/IPIC Consultation: Draft Trade-marks Regulations Amendments

The TIPG is pleased to host a focus group meeting between IPIC and CIPO on the draft amendments to the Trade-marks Regulations. IPIC is looking for Toronto based trademark agents to attend this meeting to hear directly from CIPO policy staff regarding the draft amendments, and to then engage in an open discussion about the proposed amendments, their impact domestically and abroad, and how they could be improved.
